Our client is a leader in the field of financial technology. This is a very fast pace, dynamic environment.  The organization is very customer focused with a belief that innovation and continuous improvement is the key to success. The ideal incumbent will be goal oriented, action focused with strong negotiating and influencing skills. This role will be responsible for leading growth-related and process development initiatives in multiple Lines of Business. Preference will be given to those individuals who have 7 plus years of solid related experience and those with Financial Institution experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full project life cycle with regard to  leading and  managing several growth related projects to meet organizational strategies and deadlines
  • Responsible for managing the process improvement initiatives in order to optimize the customer experience, increase process velocity, minimize costs and set the stage for orderly growth and expansion
  • Responsible for the full service support of the operations division to ensure that the realization of the benefits is met after project installation
  • Responsible for Lead risk-reduction related initiatives (FMEA’s)
  • Develop/Mentor Green/White Belts on the Process EXCELLENCE Methodology (Lean Six Sigma)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering (Industrial Engineer preferred)
  • Certification in Six Sigma, LEAN
  • Experience of Project Management and Project Life Cycle Methodology
  • Experience with a regimented Change Management Process
  • Experience producing, manipulating and analyzing  reports and statistics, and ensures that decisions are implemented and reviewed
  • Experience successfully leading continuous improvement projects in a service/manufacturing environment
  • Sound judgment and flexibility when recommending appropriate options and solutions
  • Maintaining operational effectiveness in an environment that contains ambiguity and uncertainty
  • A strong emphasis on developing and fostering teamwork as well as engaging a creative approach to managing
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills and abilities
  • Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills
